Hi Team,
Since July`23 first week, I am unable to access my code repository.
On finding, came to know that access to it has been blocked by Zscalar Advance Threat Protection System via its Global Security Policies. We have been using Bitbucket for last 2-3 years.
Zscalar is our company deployed Internet Security Solution. As per IT team, some suspicious content was detected in the website URL.
Team, Please check and do the needful. Our development work is getting badly impacted.
Waiting for the earliest response.
Thanks

Hi @niajkhan
Your IT team tells you: "suspicious content was detected in the website URL".
Do they have more details about what it suspicious exactly?
They probably need to whitelist/ allow Bitbucket in you company network. Not much the Atlassian Community or Atlassian can do about it I'm afraid.
Hi Charlie,
IT team have just shared further details from the logs like 'Custom Reputation block...' | Road Warrior| bitbucket.org:443| Malicious Content
Please organise to check and fix the issue.
Thanks
Niaj

https://help.zscaler.com/zia/policy-reasons tells me this about "Custom reputation block":

Any chance your admins put bitbucket.org on a list of malicious URLs?
Know that his place is not Atlassian Support. We are community members trying to help out other Atlassian users. if you really need Atlassian to look into this you can contact Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/
Personally I think the Zscaler needs to be finetuned to allow Bitbucket requests but I'm no expert in that matter.
