We have a few repositories on free plan account from bitbucket having less than 5 users.
Lately, we have no access to our workspace, missing all the repositories.
Has someone experienced this or have any idea on how to resolve this issue?

It is likely that these repositories have not disappeared and that you have not lost access to your workspace, the workspace/repositories are just in a different place than expected since we made recent changes to our UI - please see the article below for troubleshooting steps (Scenario #1):
