Hi @Muhammad Salman Nadeem,

I see that you have already created a support ticket for this issue, you can ask any questions you have to my colleague who is working on your ticket.

@schurikov, you can ask your friend to create a support ticket via, in "What can we help you with?" select "My account". Please ask them to include the email of the deactivated account in the ticket description and mention that the issue concerns a deactivated account.
