Our team used both Bitbucket and Jira, we want RD follow the standard development process, when they take over Jira issue, they just could develop on branches create from JIRA issue rather than create branches on Bitbucket directly, while when they create branch on JIRA, the JIRA issue status MUST be "UNDER DEVELOPMENT".
So my question is:
1. Can I disable Bitbucket repository users createing branch on bitbucket, while they just could create branch from JIRA issue?
2. On JIRA, could I restrict user support create branch only when issue status is "UNDER DEVELOPMENT"?
