Bitbucket Workspace Not Accessible Through Switch-To Link

I've created a Jira account and Bitbucket account, and when switching to Bitbucket in the menu, it takes me to the "Create a Workspace" page (, instead of the existing workspace for my organisation (

How can I fix this?

I am not sure if this is related, but only the Jira account is visible in Atlassian Administration, but the Bitbucket account and workspace definitely exists and is accessible.

Hi Rocky and welcome to the community!

Does this issue concern the Bitbucket Cloud account with the same email as your community account? I can see in our system that this account had access to a workspace that has been deleted.

  • If this is the account and workspace with the issue, was the issue occurring prior to the deletion of the workspace? If the issue started occurring after you deleted the workspace, this is expected behavior, as the workspace no longer exists.

  • If the issue occurs with a different Bitbucket Cloud account with another email, could you please log in with this other email and leave a comment here, so I can check the status of that account?

  • Could you please confirm if you were trying to switch to Bitbucket Cloud via the menu below?

Regarding the Atlassian Administration, it is expected that Bitbucket Cloud won't show there. It will only show if you have an Atlassian Access subscription and you then connect the workspace following the steps in this blog post, section Connect your Bitbucket workspace to Atlassian Admin:
