Hi,
We are moving to Bitbucket but somehow a few years ago someone from the company had already claimed the workspace_id as our company name on their account.
Now luckily, I've resolved this by reactivating that company email address and changing the workspace_id to something else but when going back to create the actual workspace for the company I still get "This workspace ID is not available."
Is there a cooldown timeframe to get this workspace_id or is there something else I need to do as well?
Found the problem by finding another issue
If you log in to account A, then go to your avatar (bottom left corner) > Personal settings, you'll find the option to change the username of account A. When you do, 'my-id' should become available again.
I logged back into the other account and did find their username was also our company name. Changing this to something else then fixed my problem
Beginning on April 4th, we will be implementing push limits. This means that your push cannot be completed if it is over 3.5 GB. If you do attempt to complete a push that is over 3.5 GB, it will fail...
