Hello, 

In the case i use Bitbucket Data Center i will be able to host it? or bitbucket hosted? 

so will i have a dedicated ip if i use that service?

If you use Bitbucket DC you will host the application, you are the infrastructure owner and will be able to configure it as you like.

In case of cloud service there is no dedicated IP, yo can review the public ip addresses here IP addresses to allowlist in your corporate firewall | Bitbucket Cloud | Atlassian Support
