Bitbucket - Cannot Change Branch Permissions

Hello,

I am getting a "server error" message at any time that I try to add permissions to a branch via "Branch Name" option. For example, "Prevent All Changes" to a branch except from a specific user. I have tried this with several different branches, and receive an error each time.

The issue seems very similar to this one, except I am running PostgreSQL and not mySQL:

I am running Bitbucket Server version 6.3.0.

We had a similar problem after moving our instance to a new server.  The issue is that all the auto-number primary keys got moved back to some default value.  This was ok as long as we only hit deleted values.  But, once we ran into one that was already used we got errors like the above. 

To fix the problem, all we needed to do was move all the "sequence values" to numbers after the last used number. Unfortunatly, this was not so easy especially since some of the tables are all-caps and the psql command kept normalizing what we typed to lower-case.

Here is an example of one of the lines of fix-SQL we had to run against our bitbucket database.

SELECT setval('"AO_6978BB_RESTRICTED_REF_REF_ID_seq"'::regclass, (SELECT max("ID")+1 FROM "AO_6978BB_RESTRICTED_REF_REF"), false);

In the end, there were a little more than 50 similar lines that needed to be run.
