When looking for PRs with API:
`/2.0/repositories/USER/REPO/pullrequests?q=state+%3D+%22OPEN%22+AND+title+%7E+%22TITLE%22+AND+destination.branch.name+%3D+%22master%22`
bitbucket returns 403 with `Access denied. You must have write or admin access.` error.
Any ideas what can be the cause?

Does the authenticated user has access to the repository?

I was able to figure it our. Request was done not to the repo I thought, so when I checked rights everything looked good.
All in all it is a bit strange that searching for PRs requires write access.

When I figured out which repository was giving the error I just added write access to the user
