BitBucket Post-receive Not Triggering Services

Hello,

I'm following the troubleshooting instructions at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BITBUCKET/Troubleshooting+Bitbucket+Services

I am trying to use the simple POST service with http://posttestserver.com/ as the target.

I edit a file, add, commit with comment. I see the commit in bitbucket. I do not see anything posted to posttestserver.com.

Am I overlooking something fundamental?

When you tested with the posttestserver, did you use the full URL? http://posttestserver.com/post.php
