Bit Bucket Remove password reset option

We are using crowd for users access in Bit Bucket  and need to turn off the password reset.  Found this issue stating it was fixed but I can not find any documentation on how it was implemented.  How can this be removed?

It's fixed in Bitbucket 3.7.0. What version do you have?

Ugh, we are using 3.5. We installed in June and I was just looking at dates. Not sure why we didn't get the most recent version when we installed. Thanks!

We're using 4.11.2 but I'm still not sure how to disable it. Is it supposed to be automatic? If so, how do I enforece it if it doesn't work? Please advise.
