I cant find our invoices anywhere. On the admin.atlassian we only see the JIRA subscriptions and invoices.
On my.atlassian we dont see any invoices at all.
Also, our credit card expired last month. For JIRA it has been easy to update it, but not for bitbucket, i cant find our current payment method anywhere so i cannot update it.
Also all the information found online is not accurate for our situation and i read that many people have issues with this.
Please provide me with the correct information for our situation on where to change billing details and download invoices.

The Bitbucket Cloud licenses and invoices can be found in the https://my.atlassian.com portal. The invoices can only be seen by the primary billing and technical contacts.
It's important to note that only the primary billing contact and primary technical contact have access to the invoices. If you're not seeing the invoices in that portal, you will need to ask the current primary billing/technical contact to access for you, or to add you as one of the primary contacts.
In case you're facing issue finding which is the primary contact of your workspace, you can raise a ticket with our billing team on Contact - Atlassian selecting the option Billing, payments and pricing.
As for updating the payment method, this can be done directly through the workspace settings:
Select the Settings cog on the top navigation bar.
Select Workspace settings from the Settings dropdown menu.
Select Plan details under Plans and Billing on the left panel. You'll see your credit card details in the Billing details on the right side of your plan details.
Click Update credit card. If you haven't added your credit card yet, you'll see Add credit card.
On the Enter your billing details screen, make the appropriate changes to your credit card details.
Click Purchase.

For the payment method update. Ive found the option and i will do this via my account on the workspace of the company. thanks for that.
For Billing contact.
Where can i see wich account this contact is?
The problem is that our company has been taken over by another company since the start of this year. The old owner who always managed this is not longer working here. He knew al these things.
If you can provide me with the name of the account, i should be able to get access to it and manage from there.

As for the billing/technical contact, I'm afraid we are not able to share the email address here as this is a public forum.
I would suggest raising a ticket in the support portal Contact - Atlassian selecting the option Billing, payments and pricing , so our billing team can assist you on updating that contacts for your workspace.
