Automatic send decline message from Bitbucket to Jira issue as comment with the name of the decliner

Does jira or bitbucket have any ability like automatically append decline message of the declined pull request to issue in jira as comment with the name of the decliner?

Currently, we don’t have this option, however, we understand this would be a great feature, so I have created a feature request to add the ability to automatically append the decline message of declined pull requests to the Jira issue as a comment with the name of the person who declined it:
