Automatic Fork syncing not happening even fork is not having diverge.... No same file is modified

 

Whenever a new changes pushed to Upstream fork, all the user’s fork are going out of sync and asking users to synchronize manually.

 

developer’s fork which went out of sync as soon as the other developer pushed changes to the branch. Earlier the developers fork use to synchronize in the background whenever there is a new commit in the Upstream fork. But we see synchronize button
