I used to have a Bitbucket account with the username: andrewabogado

I may have not linked it to the Atlassian ID but I'm sure it's associated with the email I use.

Now when I log in to Bitbucket, it required me to create a username through which I'd prefer to use andrewabogado but it says An account with that name already exists.

As far as I can remember, the username was associated to the email that I normally log in and now it's not tied to it. I'm confused.

How can I regain my preferred username?

Hope you can help me with this.

Thanks,
Andrew
