I do not have admin access to my bitbucket account but my reporting manager who had the access unfortunately left the company. Currently, nobody has admin access to the bitbucket workspace now.
In this situation, how we can get the admin access for our bitbucket account.

Hi Arvind and welcome to the community!
I see that you have access to a Bitbucket workspace with repositories and your account is listed as an admin for that workspace.
If you open the workspace on Bitbucket Cloud and select the cog icon at the top right corner on your screen, you will see an option Workspace settings which will allow you to manage this workspace's settings. Apart from you, there are also several other admins for the workspace. You can see that if you open the Workspace settings and then select User groups from the left sidebar.
What you cannot do with this workspace is remove the user account associated with it, because it is a user's personal workspace. Is that the user who left the company?
I'm afraid that we cannot make email changes on accounts for security reasons. I see that Atlassian accounts from your domain are managed, so if you want to gain access to that user's account you will need to reach out to an Organization Admin in your company (the person who manages Atlassian accounts from your domain) and ask them if they can change that Atlassian account's email address to a different one that you have access to.
