Addon is approved and listed on marketplace but it's not listed in addon directory in bitbucket

An addon is approved and listed on marketplace, but it's not listed in addon directory,
i.e at https://bitbucket.org/<account>/workspace/settings/addon-directory

Also, it's still asking to enable development mode in order to install addon, it shouldn't be the case since the addon is already listed in marketplace.

Marketplace team said it done from marketplace side and info is sent to bitbucket.

Please give me some information on how much time it does takes for an addon to be listed on addon directory in bitbucket when it's already approved for marketplace.
And why is it still asking to enable development mode to get it installed?
