Adding a new memeber to project


Hello, I have invited a member to project and repositories, buy he is not receiving email invitation, have canceled invitation and done a new one, but still doesn´t receive email.

Can you please let us know if there is a way to enable this email: <email_removed>.

This user has access to other projects in Bitbucket, but is not getting hold of the invitation from this specific project.

Hi @davidfdezc,

The email you mentioned was in one of our suppression lists. We received a hard bounce response from your mail server when we first attempted to send an email to this address, with the error message:

550: 550-5.2.1 The email account that you tried to reach is disabled.

I went ahead and removed this email from our suppression list. I would suggest making sure firth that this email is operational (e.g. by sending this user a test email from your email and confirming if they receive it). If the email is operational now, you can resend the Bitbucket invitation (the user should be able to receive it now that I removed their email from the suppression list). The invitation needs to be resent now, as the previous ones were dropped.

Just a heads up, I removed the email from your post for privacy reasons.
