Hi,

I'm looking for a way to add http headers like HSTS to Bitbucket.

Did I understand it right, that it should be possible to add a header using the

server.server-header directive in the bitbucket.properties.

Configuration properties | Bitbucket Data Center and Server 8.3 | Atlassian Documentation

Is that correct? And how do I set that header?

Hi Bastian,

That configuration property only controls the Server header. If you want to implement HSTS you will need to set up a reverse proxy server in front of Bitbucket Server and inject the header there.

Cheers,

Christian
