Account does not receieve transfer requests emails

Greetings,

Account assosiated with this namespace cannot receieve any trasnfer ownership emails. Transfers are done directly to namespace and no mistakes could be made. 

Can it be due to origin of the email? If so, I'm currently in a process of deleting of empty account that has taken my second email and cannot occupy it.

Can this be solved?

It seems this type of emails are firewalled since I did receive every other promotional email just right now, including badges acquistion right now.

Welcome to Atlassian Community! 

I checked internally and see the e-mail address you used to create this question is not on any of our suppression lists. I also see that recent e-mails were all delivered successfully to that mailbox.

In this case, I would recommend checking if the e-mail didn't end up in the Spam folder. Also, it's important to note that the transfer ownership e-mail will be sent only to the admin of the workspace. For shared workspace, all the members of groups with Administrator access will receive the e-mail. For personal workspaces, only the workspace owner will receive the e-mail (see Difference between shared and personal workspaces )

Greetings,

I am the admin of every workspace, solely, which is marked in the question tags. I removed any idle members, and I get every email from you, including the one for the answer right now  but not for transfer of ownership.

I will issue another bunch of ownership transfer request to check out and leave them there hanging forever.

Nevermind they started rolling in all of the sudden.

No idea why.
