Account accessibility issues

I have a user who is part of most of my workspaces and he had created few repositories for my company and didn't share the access but now we lost access to that email and it is asking for 2 step verification. Can you help me access those projects

I'm afraid that we cannot grant access to other users' repositories.

The options you have are the following:

• Reach out to the user and ask them to grant you access.
  
  
• Provide us with a valid court order directing Atlassian to grant you the access you seek. Please note that Atlassian is not able to provide you with any legal advice regarding what constitutes a valid court order.
  
  
• If that user had an account with your company's email address, you can ask your IT department to recreate the email address, so that you can disable 2FA and access the account.

If alternatively you would like Atlassian to disable content you believe is infringing your intellectual property rights, you can file a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), per the instructions outlined in Reporting Copyright and Trademark Violations and we will handle it based on review and guidelines from our Legal team.

Note that a DMCA takedown will not result in the content transfer to you, it will only result in content deactivation.
