Access by Jenkins gets error "Not licensed"

Recently had to change password in on-prem Crowd directory to allow update of license, prior to migration to cloud.  Now cannot access Bitbucket from Jenkins, after updating the password to the same as changed in Bitbucket.

Cannot seem to capture logging information in Jenkins as not sure of package to be logged.

Error seen is

Caused by: hudson.plugins.git.GitException: Command "C:\Program Files\Git\bin\git.exe fetch

returned status code 128:
stdout:
stderr: fatal: remote error: Not licensed
You do not have permission to access Bitbucket. Please contact your
administrator to resolve this issue.

This worked prior to the password change.  Jenkins and Bitbucket are using Crowd

I can log into Bitbucket using this name and password.  I can also log into Bitbucket from Jenkins using this name and password.  But Jenkins cannot now run the Pipeline.

Additional information

The license to be updated was Bitbucket.

Jenkins is on Windows server, Bitbucket and Crowd on Linux server.
