I believe that you referring to the rate limits listed on the page below, is that correct?

If so, I'm afraid there is no way to increase these limits. Authenticated calls are measured against the user ID of the user that is used for authentication. If you are using access tokens, the rate limit is applicable per token.

In order not to hit these limits:

• you can make fewer requests per hour
• if you are running the calls from a script, you could split the calls to multiple users, or split them to multiple access tokens, so that each user or each token makes less than 1000 requests per hour
