I'm using the cmd line in windows, attempting to push changes to our repo on bitbucket.org. It worked perfectly for the past couple months. Now myself, as well as all other classmates are getting this same error when we push. This is different than the invalid password error it gives, and I know the password I'm using is correct.
How do I fix it?
Password for 'https://CamHart@bitbucket.org':
error: The requested URL returned error: 402 while accessing https://CamHart@bit
bucket.org/arogers1/cs340.git/info/refs?service=git-receive-pack
fatal: HTTP request failed
In my case. I resolved this issue by removing one extra user from Users on plan from user account.
I have confirmed it. Indeed is related to the free storage space. In my case I have deleted a few repositories and then I was able to push it to server.

We found out the problem. Apparently the Account that made the repository went over the free account limits for repo's or user's in a repo. So it locked us out. If you simply have a different classmate make a copy of the old repo you'll be good to go again.

My classmates and I also begun getting this identical issue today.
