For the ticket BBS-119096.. Please give a recovery codes to acces my account . I lost my laptop , mobile and recovery codes please help .

I am afraid we have no access to them, we're end-users of Atlassian software, not your admins.

You'll need to chase Atlassian up on BBS-119096, we can't even see it.
