Hi Atlassian Team,
My name is Mykola. I am a teaching assistant at Loyola University Chicago. I've been using your product for over a semester for grading purposes. However, now I'm facing an issue of my students not being able to grant admin access to me by my username since my username doesn't show up to them. The workaround is sharing it using my email address, but then I manually have to accept invitations, and I'm assuming they have some timeout because I noticed a lot of problems with 2 or 3 day-old links.
Is there anything that can be done about it? I'd highly appreciate your help!
