a fatal error has occurred SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started

Hi,

We are using BitBucket 5.9.1 version and the server is running up till y'day and we have no problem on that. But this morning when i try to access bitbucket i couldn't. So i manually startup the serverice after that i got this error when i entry <localserver>:7990 "a fatal error has occurred SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started"

Could you please help me on this... It's URGENT

Restart the server.

If that does not help, restore a recent working backup. If that does not work, we need to see a detailed log from the application.

You might be better off creating a support request at atlassian for this sort of an issue.
