Hi @Manjiri Ambulkar ,

Do you have any errors in the log file?

Hi Bastian,

Thank you for your response.

from where I can access the log file? I did check the Audit Log, there is nothing in there.

Its just keeps whirling exactly as mentioned in

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-72964?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Achangehistory-tabpanel

Is this related to liscense or policy rules related to third party installations?

Hi @Manjiri Ambulkar ,

You can find the logs on the server where bitbucket is running, in the home directory/log. Most interesting is the atlassian-bitbucket.log file.

The messagr you see is shown in a lot of cases, you need to check the log for more information. Otherwise it is impossible to see whats the root cause.

@Bastian Stehmann

Thank you for your reponse.

"Skipping Crowd SSO as it is not enabled"

"No values found in any valid locale for key ProviderManager.providerNotFound and locales"

rest everything it says "opted out"

Above are the Log snippets from the log file. Please can you guide me. Thanks.

The second one us logged in several cases, I think.

The first one is just an information, that Crowd SSO is not enabled.

I don't know the last one.

I think it will be best to raise an issue with Atlassian support here:

https://support.atlassian.com/contact and create a support zip and add that to the issue, so they have the complete log.

@Bastian Stehmann

Will take it forward with Atlassian support https://support.atlassian.com/contact

I may get back to you here if needed.

Thank you so much for your reponse.
