Seeing redirection issues from http -> https

Scenario-1:
We are using ALB with Listener ports pointed likewise: http:80 -> forwarding to 7990 & (tried with redirecting 443), https:443 -> forwarding to http 7990.
Here we are unable to access with url https://bitbucket.xxx.xxx.com , its getting redirected to http://bitbucket.xxx.xxx.com with a  didn't send any data. Then if I forcefully try by https:// couple times its working from https://bitbucket.xxx.xxx.com/dashboard and from here its successfully redirecting to https:// without a error.

Scenario-2:
We used CLB with the same listener ports and added BITBUCKETSESSIONID cookie, facing similar type of issue here too.
