Retrieving the Bitbucket Administrator

Alexandr Tyurnikov May 27, 2019

Hello

I have Jira Server, Confluence and Bitbucket. I'm an admin.

There is have not access to bitbucket. I can't authorize on bitbucket server, and everybody too. Jira and Confluence are avaliable.

I did:

1. https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver053/lockout-recovery-process-938022926.html - doesn't work

2. https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserverkb/restore-bitbucket-server-s-administrator-user-779171684.html?_ga=2.130905231.1854243139.1558940171-563253477.1551685494 - there is no table "bitbucket_user"

Any ideas?

Hi!

Is it server release?

Could you provide more detail info like which version ?

I hope you meant that table cwd_user

Hi :)

This is Bitbucket Server 5.3.

Confluence installed in same machine, but Jira placed in another server. And Confluence is ok.

Althougt there is DB backup of bitbucket data, I wouldn't like to reinstall Bitbucket.

The problem was in incorrect properties of user directories. I dont know why these crashed but I set up it in cwd_directory_attribute table, it became to work correctly.
