Reinstall issue and Checkout issue

I have two issues related to sourcetree,

1. I see a error message when doing checkout in sourcetree from bitbucket server location (Refer attached) and couldn't manage files through sourcetree.

2. I have uninstalled sourcetree and cleared the registry data for the same. After some times when I try to install sourcetree again it is not asking for the registration setup (which I did when I initially installed sourcetree) and it directly logged with my previous installation data. Is this an issue related to item #1. Please suggest.
