We recently updated our hosted BItbucket server to version 5.  

After this upgrade, pull requests which are updated while open are no longer showing updated via the UI, nor getting those updated commits in the pull request.  Thecommit is visible if you view the branch through the commit history.

Thoughts?

Is SQL Server your DB for your Bitbucket instance?   If so maybe BSERV-9743 is affecting you.

Try upgrading to version 5.0.1 that was released yesterday.
