Notification digests and clearer notification subjects

The notification feature sends out emails for every event.

In a medium-sized organization, that can lead to 100s of emails per day.

These e-mails are about single PR commits, comments, etc.

And when I do receive an email, the essence of the notification is not displayed in the subject title or the first line of content (e.g., merged, declined, pushed, approved, etc).

Honestly, for me that makes the noisy channel practically useless.

 

Could you please implement notification digests?

 

Thanks for your effort and for an otherwise great product.
