Not getting any Bitbucket emails (invites or confirmation mail after raising a ticket)

Hi,

My customer project coordinator is trying to add me in a project repo but I am not getting the invite link mail. He tried resending it again and again but i didn't get it.
However my other two team mate were able to get email invite and access to repo.

I had raised a support ticket(BBS-140473) last night. I supposed to get a confirmation mail for the ticket but that also not yet received.

Looks mails were get bounced at Atlassian server for Bitbucket.

Note: I am using same Atlassian account for Jira and confluence where everything works as expected.

Kindly check and help me resolve this issue.
