Multiple Projects in one solution on bitbucket, need to roll back on specific build.

Hello all,
I have a use case where I am unable to find a solution.

issue is,

I have 3 microservices to deploy with only one solution, Now. everything is working perfectly fine with Jenkins we are deploying and everything.

at some point we realize that 2nd last build was right we need to roll back on that.

how can we do that with bitbucket? like we have commits, but how can we actually get it done automatically rather than manually checking every repository manually and saperatly.
