Issue Notifications Stopped Coming

I am the owner of the repository and watch all issues for and have done so for years. Last Tuesday, the issue email notifications stopped coming in. I am still watching all issues: http://nimb.ws/nWJI49

I've checked my junk mail and the emails are not being sent to that folder or any other.

HI @Jeff Morrow

Welcome to the community!

Please check your mail server that has been configured to BItbucket server.

Here is the mail server configuration documentation.

Hi @Yogesh Mude,

The screenshot from @Jeff Morrow is from Bitbucket Cloud (https://bitbucket.org) and not Bitbucket Server.

Thanks.

Everyone else watching the issue(s) is getting their email notifications. Wouldn't that mean that the Mail Server is set up fine?

The article referenced says to go to settings and find Mail server.  I do not see anything that says mail server: http://nimb.ws/GOHnpC

Thanks,

Jeff

HI @Jeff Morrow

Check the BItbucket version and the confirm that you have the full admin rights for this Bitbucket.

As mentioned in the KB it should be there.

Hi Yogesh,

I am the admin.

Please see the screenshot of the entire Settings Page: http://nimb.ws/BhNfIi. Where does it say Mail Server?

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi @Jeff Morrow,

I can see that the issue is for Bitbucket Cloud and that it is only occurring for your account.

If the email address is still the correct one and email notifications are enabled, did you already reach out to the Atlassian Support team so that they can check this for you?

Also, do you receive any other notifications (e.g. on Pull requests)?

You can check the notification settings on this page:

https://bitbucket.org/account/user/<username>/notifications/

Cheers,

Caterina - Atlassian
