Is there added value from Git Integration Plugin for Jira if one already has Fisheye and Crucible?

Hello,

We are migrating projects from one Jira instance, which has the Git Integration Plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.xiplink.jira.git.jira_git_plugin/server/overview to another Jira instance, which does not have the plugin, but is integrated with Fisheye / Crucible.

I wonder if it is worth the money to buy the Git Integration Plugin and install it on the system, which already has Fisheye / Crucible.

It seems to me that this plugin has a lot of overlapping functionality with Fisheye / Crucible.

The receiving Jira is at 2000-users tier and that plugin will cost almost 3000$.

It's not a big sum, but we're already paying 16000$ for Crucible / Fisheye, so I was wondering if this plugin will be worth the extra 3 grands.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions
