Is there a way to configure default group for a new repo?

We have a Terraform project creating new repos for us to keep track of new repos and making sure they have the correct privacy setting and so on. However, this repo is invisible to others other than administrators, having one of the bitbucket administrators having to grant the team lead access to the repo.

Is there a way of adding a specific group or groups by default to a new repository?
