I want my user installed plugin to be available under find new apps

I am able to add a plugin through upload app under mange app.How this plugin can be displayed under find new apps for all the bitbucket 6.4.0 version

"Find New Apps" only considers apps currently available on marketplace.atlassian.com. 

To make your own app appear under "Find New Apps" you would have to create a vendor profile on marketplace.atlassian.com and submit your app for approval.
