Has anyone else examined Azure DevOps as a path forward since Atlassian can not keep services up?

I am looking to possibly migrate my team away from Atlassian because bitbucket continues to have issues and not work each week.  Jira also seems to keep changing and going into weird modes.

How far are you in looking into this option, and does it stay up better than Atlassian?

So far, no.  Every alternative I've tried has been either less functional or less reliable.  Atlassian have somehow found a middle ground that makes them the best option in most cases.
