How secure is the source code in the cloud? Our business logic is mapped in the source code. How can I protect this?

In this case I meant how much Attlasian can be trusted here. Is the data not only protected from external access but also from internal. Is the business logic transferred with the source code protected from internal access or analysis by Atlassian. Can Atlassian access the source?
