In our current setup, we are not able to see the Jenkins builds related to the PR we raise. We followed document

However we don't have admin privileges , so We can't make any changes to our bitbucket server to link application. However we have access to make changes project, repo, and Jenkins.
So please advice if its possible to link application using project, repo, and Jenkins alone instead of changing in bit bucket server. Please let me know if this is possible ?
we are using bitbucket 7.4 datacenter version
