Bitbucket Webhooks Doesn't trigger builds on CI

webhooks in Bitbucket Server doesnt trigger a build when a commit is made . OR any push event happens .

Configured webhook to trigger the Jenkins CI .
Test Connection give status 200 But jenkins build isnt triggered

I have had this same problem - managed to get one trigger working by changing the endpoint to bitbucket-webhook. but in another instance this had no effect.
