Bitbucket JIRA integration

In our organization Bitbucket user management is connected to JIRA. This results in unnecessary consumption of user licenses in bitbucket as there are many JIRA users who do not use bitbucket. So I would like to understand if we separate user management of bitbucket from JIRA, how does it affect the other integration features ? for example, at present JIRA project user is able to browse through the bitbucket project repository branch through JIRA task itself. Will this feature remain even if we separate user management ? Similary, for bamboo also, if we separate user management from JIRA, will pull request of bitbucket which is automatically triggering bamboo build work ?

Individual Jira users does not required Bitbucket user account, when you setting up, one jira user is enough for authentication for Bitbucket.

We use Active directory (AD) user authentication for Jira and Bitbucket. But use only account enable for developers only.

we are not using jira users just for authentication purpose. I understand that one user account is sufficient for authentication. Many of the JIRA users indeed need access to bitbucket projects and repositories but not all.
