Restrict Pipeline Artifact downloads?

If, for example, an artifact includes the contents of a secure ENV VAR for example, is there any way to restrict the ability to download artifacts to certain users?

I'm afraid that this is not possible at the moment.

I would suggest to add your vote in that feature request (by selecting the Vote for this issue link) as the number of votes helps the development team and product managers better understand the demand for new features.
