Variable "DEBUG" does not work well.

Version of pipe: atlassian/google-cloud-storage-deploy:1.0.1

@Kenichi Ogawa  hi. Sorry for late response. Our team released a new version of google-cloud-storage pipe 1.2.0 where we fix issue with DEBUG variable.
