when add user to group, XSRF check failed 403 returned

Hi, when I add user to group, but it's occur 403 /  XSRF check failed response. 

I set the security config Enable XSRF protection unchecked, but it's the same. 

How can I fix it ? 

the bamboo version is 7.1.2
