there is no POM in this directory

When I run the job, it says "The goal you specified requires a project to execute but there is no POM in this directory" but the root directory of the project has the pom file and I can run it on windows command line. 

This is the configuration that I have

Are you sure the working directory is your project's root folder? Sometimes you might check out the source code to a different directory.

You might want to go to the working directory in the remote agent, just to make sure!

I reviewed the working directory and the root folder was wrong, as you said, the Checkout Source Code had a different directory, now it is working.
