how to send notifications to different recipient depending on the plan branch

Hi there,

we would like to be able to send notifications to a different or additional recipient depending on the plan branch.

In our case we have "develop" as the main branch and we have as well a "release" plan branch, a "master" plan branch and a bunch of "feature", "bugfix" and "hotfix" branches

"develop", "release" and "master" plan branches send notifications to a slack channel A and comiters.

"feature", "bugfix" and "hotfix" plan branches send notifications to comiters.

It all works well.

Now we would like the "release" and "master" plan branches to additionally send notification to a channel B.

It does not seem to be possible.

Is there a way or a hack to accomplish this anyway?

We are using Atlassian Bamboo version 6.9.0 build 60909 - 22 May 19

The easiest way to get it is to upgrade to Bamboo 7.x and start using Bamboo Specs with Divergent Branches.
