I am using devenv to build installer in Bamboo, but always get "parameter incorrect" error. Below are the parameters.
Executable: Visual Studio 2017
Solution: src\build\MySolution.sln
Option: /deploy Release /project src\InstallProject\InstallProject.vdproj

Have you tried to escaping and set correct?
And is your task cmd based?

Tried "/deploy Release /project src\\InstallProject\\InstallProject.vdproj", it did not work.
But if option is "/deploy Release", it builds whole solution exception installer project.
